In 2020 and 2021, Kelechi led over 4,000 staff volunteers of Access Bank to impact about 90,000 secondary students across twenty six states in Nigeria.
As an author, Kelechi has published 18 books for professionals and students.

George has a Bachelors in Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO); A diploma in Management and an MSc. In Financial Services Management from the University of Salford, Greater Manchester, UK.
George is an Assistant Professor (Academic), School of Economics, Finance and Accounting, Coventry University, United Kingdom.
George has over 22 years managerial experience having started off as a Manager in his father’s Investment Company (at one time the largest investment consultancy east of the Niger with 7 branches in 6 States) at 17 and rising to become the Head of Strategy and Training, GAP Investments.
He has been advising businesses and entrepreneurs on strategy since 2007.

Don has been involved in many nation building projects including; COVID Relief Distribution, GEMSTONE 2025, PROJECT RAISE (Reviving Academic Excellence in our School and Educational institutions), Mushin Makeover (The free road curb and house painting over 200 houses in Nigeria), Divine Life Foundation, where he spoke to Prison Inmates at the Ikoyi prisons, Kiri-Kiri Maximum and Medium prisons.
